Lesbian Rapist Escaped Jail for Two Years

Homosexuals complain about “discrimination” but in fact they get privilege. They are an elite, getting away with crimes, even murder, while milking the system for damages and huge payouts all the time.

Nowhere is the shocking double standard the justice system more clearly displayed than in this case. A lesbian in England, Jessamine Hearsum, brutally sexually assaulted another woman yet escaped a prison sentence for two years after the event. She has only now been jailed when convicted of sending spiteful abusive text messages to her victim.

Hearsum, 34,  trapped her victim in her home in Stroud, Gloucestershire, in 2014, and threatened her with a knife. She tore off her victim’s clothes and beat her repeatedly to make her submit to sexual assault.

YGB says: No man would have got away without jail the first time. Lesbians accuse men of being violent and rapists  – look at the way they behave!

In the dock: Jesamine Hearsum, 34, wielded a knife as she tore off her clothes and repeatedly attacked the woman after trapping her in her home in Stroud, Gloucestershire, in 2014.

There was fury in 2015 when Hearsum was spared jail, despite pleading guilty to false imprisonment, sexual assault, assault by beating and harassment.

She later bombarded the victim with a series of texts and Facebook messages, even though she had already been arrested over the other offences.

Hearsum was spared jail, despite pleading guilty to false imprisonment, sexual assault, assault by beating and harassment.

But Judge Michael Harington has now sentenced her to three months in jail and extended her restraining order after she texted her victim over six days last month.

In one text to the woman Hearsum called her a ‘sewer rat’ and a ‘fat c**t’, others were also abusive but some just said ‘sorry’ or ‘hey’, all sent around the second anniversary of the attack.

Her victim said the messages had brought back her kidnap ordeal and said Hearsom should never have been spared jail in the first place.

She said: ‘The original offence was an unbearably traumatic thing to go through. It had a major impact on my life. For a few months I couldn’t bring myself to handle a kitchen knife to cut my food. I could see her face while taunting me with a knife and marking my arm. I found it impossible to talk about the incident without breaking into tears. ‘

The woman said just as she was getting her life back on track after the offences when Hearsum contacted her – phoning and messaging her multiple times.

She said: ‘The messages became sinister and threatening – she threatened to walk to my house and stab me. I spent a lot of time sitting in my bedroom shaking.

‘She was prosecuted at that time for contacting me and I felt very let down by the police and the court system. I only found out (that she had not been jailed) when I read it in the newspaper. I broke down in tears.

‘I felt she should have been given a prison sentence then.

‘As she had not contacted me again for over a year since then I began to move on with my life. I have got engaged and have a baby son. I had put her out of my mind.

‘But when she began to contact me again last month everything came flooding back. I couldn’t believe she was contacting me again. I had really felt it was in my past. I don’t think she will ever take notice of the restraining order.

‘I now doubt that she will ever let me move on with my life.’

Hearsum had rung her friend – who had a boyfriend – because she wanted to talk about problems in her relationship. The victim then went to Hearsum’s home, before they went together to a nearby pub. Hearsum had already drunk three cans of lager and drank another pint of beer at the pub, the court was told.

The pair returned to Hearsum’s home at about 9pm and went inside. But when the victim went to use the bathroom, she noticed the front door had been locked from the inside and the key was missing.

The woman told Hearsum she had to go home, but Hearsum replied that she was ‘not going anywhere’.

In 2014 she pleaded guilty to falsely imprisoning the woman, sexually assaulting her and also admitted assaulting the woman by beating.

She was warned not to contact her victim but has been unable to resist.

She later bombarded the victim with a series of texts and Facebook messages, even though she had already been arrested over the other offences.

But Hearsum was spared jail, despite pleading guilty to false imprisonment, sexual assault, assault by beating and harassment.
